My name is Kristýna, I’m the founder of the yoga space Klid Neklid, and I absolutely love yoga!
You’ll often hear me say “Yoga is life”, “It’ll either work, or it won’t, because there’s no other option”, but most importantly “Do what you want, you’re here for yourself” – and I mean it.
I was primarily drawn to yoga due to health issues, both physical and mental – because, well, LIFE. Not many know that I suffer from osteoarthritis, and that’s why I pay close attention to the alignment and quality of the poses. I know all too well the effects of improper or extreme exercise over time. On the homepage, you can read about why I ended up with yoga. It constantly teaches me something new, in every phase of life something different happens, and yoga helps me, no matter what. That’s why, ever since I took my very first course – which was over a decade ago – I’ve been continuously educating myself.
Each of us evolves, and yoga shows us, at every moment, the strength and support we hold within ourselves and offers, and it’s for everyone.
Hi, I am Kasia, a yoga teacher who believes that yoga is for every body—no need for an athletic build or crazy flexibility.
My focus is on alignment, helping you move with purpose and find balance in your practice. I like to keep things simple, encouraging mindful movement and deep connection with the breath.
Yoga is all about feeling good in your own skin, and I’m here to help you make it your own, no matter where you’re starting from.
My name is Adél, and I’m a woman, a yogi, and the mother of two boys. I love going barefoot and sometimes wake up feeling like I’m 90, while other times, I feel like I’m 16.
I was drawn to yoga by the restlessness of my soul. The practice and teachings of yoga help me slow down, step back, and fully savor the ordinary moments. It can be a wonderful tool for self-discovery – whether physical or mental – and a great companion in the process of (SELF)ACCEPTANCE.
In our shared practice, I try to convey that yoga can help anyone on this journey, and it’s here for everyone, regardless of who we are.
In yoga, we are always enough.
Hello, my name is Kristýna, and I am a certified yoga teacher with a 500-hour qualification covering hatha, vinyasa, therapeutic yoga, yin, and Ayurveda-focused yoga. I have been teaching for several years, during which time I have specialized primarily in hatha and vinyasa styles.
After my recent stay in India, I have expanded my practice to include slower and deeper approaches – particularly yin and therapeutic yoga. I also place great emphasis on meditation as a standalone practice.
My name is Markéta and yoga is a transformative thing for me. It has won me over with its deep roots and philosophy that teaches me to live more in the present moment, to find beauty in imperfection, to abandon familiar patterns and step out of my comfort zone.
For me, yoga is not an ideal of peace and balance or a collection of perfect looking Instagram poses. It is a space for polarities: effort and surrender, order and chaos, expansion and contraction. In today’s world, we typically like either one or the other – yoga teaches us not to reject these polarities, but to integrate them. On the mat, I allow myself to experience and balance these polarities – and I offer the same to my students.
In my practice, I am also very inspired by the cyclical nature – of nature, life and the female body. The modern pace often disconnects us from our own rhythms and needs. I believe that only when we take time to rest, listen to ourselves, and cultivate peace can we live more in harmony with nature and at our own pace. From there comes a sense of meaning, inner peace, and connection to something greater. That is what yoga is to me.
Hello, I’m Eliška and I’ve been practicing yoga on and off since I was 15.
Regular practice is one of the essential tools for maintaining my mental health, and I would like to pass these benefits on to potential and active yogis.
I seek harmony and interconnection between yoga tradition and philosophy and contemporary lifestyle and needs. I believe that yoga is truly for everyone regardless of age or abilities.
I’m interested in how yoga can help you in your other activities and sports – together we can use yoga as a versatile tool with many applications.
Hi, I’m Kristýna and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 6 years.
What started as primarily a tool for relaxation has become a passion, and I love incorporating yoga into my daily life, whether it’s breathing exercises in the morning, full-body stretching during the day, or meditation before bed.
I not only enjoy teaching yoga but also love attending classes and drawing inspiration and experience from other instructors.
I’ve been teaching since June 2023 after completing a 200-hour Vinyasa yoga course in Berlin. Since March 2024, I’ve been teaching here in Prague in both Czech and English.
In autumn 2024, I completed prenatal yoga training, and I’m very interested in feminine (yin) energy in combination with masculine (yang) energy.
My name is Nicole and I see yoga as a tool for continuous learning.
About the body, interior, actions and, last but not least, about your surroundings.
I became a teacher because I believe in yoga and I like to pass on what it brings to me on a daily basis.
As part of its physical side, I enjoy challenges, so I mainly focus on more dynamic styles, in which I find peace of mind through the intensity of the body.
I believe that taking care of yourself is also taking care of the people around you and your relationships. As yoga reminds us, everything starts with ourselves.
I started practicing yoga regularly during the lockdown period, when time stood still for a moment and I was just looking for a way to release tension and stay calm in a world of unrest. What started as a “home workout” has gradually become a key part of my life.
My mat is primarily a safe space for me. A place where I don’t have to prove anything (to myself), and I can allow myself to slow down in an otherwise accelerated world. That’s why I love gentler styles of yoga, where I can really feel my body’s movements and breathe consciously without pressure to perform. In gentleness, I find depth, strength and a real connection with myself.
But yoga for me is not just a physical practice. It is a way of perceiving yourself and the world around you, of staying truly present. It teaches me patience, inner discipline and kindness – especially to myself.
I am still learning, educating myself and humbly accepting that yoga is a lifelong journey. Deep, changing and beautiful.
I look forward to seeing you on the mat together.
Hi, I’m Kristýna and my back pain brought me to yoga.
Gradually, however, I discovered that yoga is much more than a physical exercise – it has become a path for me to self-knowledge, acceptance and inner strength. Thanks to it, I came to the realization that the peace we are looking for has long been within us.
In the Ashtanga Basics lessons, I will guide you through the first series step by step.
The lessons are conducted with respect, kindness and openness so that everyone can experience yoga at their own pace.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat and breathing into a new space of peace.
Pilates taught me to slow down and feel every muscle – including those I had no idea existed until they loudly reminded me the next day.
I discovered that you don’t necessarily need to sweat through your shirt to strengthen your body, correct imbalances, and level up. In my classes, I connect movement, breath, and conscious body awareness.
Sometimes slower and deeper, other times a bit more dynamically – depending on what the body (and mood) allows.
I fell in love with Pilates and I’m happy to pass this experience on – with respect for the body, with a smile, and with laughter through engaged abdominal muscles.
I have been practicing yoga for over 10 years and I continue to be fascinated by how deeply it can affect the body, mind and overall well-being. In January 2025, I completed my instructor course and decided to continue on the path of sharing my experiences.
I love dynamic classes that combine fluid movement, breath and the present moment. I believe that yoga is accessible to everyone – whether you are at the beginning of your journey or have already practiced something. In my classes, I emphasize conscious movement, listening to your own body and the joy of movement.
I look forward to meeting you on the mat and enjoying the energy of yoga together!
Hi, I’m Hana and I believe that yoga is a great way to combine movement with personal development, and that’s exactly what I try to convey in my classes.
I like it when we not only stretch and strengthen, but also when there is space for a short meditation and work on our intention.
I help people find
their inner peace and develop their potential, because I know that yoga has enormous power for this.
I will look forward to seeing you in the classes.
Hi, my name is Romana and over 15 years ago I first stepped foot in a hot yoga class – and that was a turning point.
It was challenging, my body was working at its maximum, but then came that moment of rest and being… silence, peace, relaxation. I was consumed by it.
For the first time I felt what it was like to truly let go. Yoga is a way for me to stop, take a deep breath and reconnect with my body and mind.
I lead classes that bring balance, strength and peace – without pressure to perform, with respect for myself.
If you feel like you have to change something in your life, you do.
Hello, my name is Káča. Daily yoga practice helps me withstand the changes that life brings and implement those that I don’t want to. Presence in breathing exercises and asanas opens up space inside and calms the body and mind.
Energy flow? I am fascinated by how the body and nervous system work from a scientific perspective and how this knowledge connects with yoga. Not only because of this, I know that change is possible for everyone. Just like yoga.
It is a partner on trips, during sports, in relationships – especially with yourself, simply love for life.
The lessons are in the rhythm of the breath, connected with sun salutations so that the body is flexible and strong at the same time. In the end, relaxation comes.
I look forward to meeting during and outside the lesson, sharing what we can do and motivating each other to move forward.
Hi, my name is Markét and I have been practicing yoga for a few weeks now.
I started with dynamic yoga styles such as power yoga, vinyasa yoga or ashtanga.
After completing an instructor course, I reevaluated yoga a bit and am currently doing hatha yoga and yoga for a healthy back.
My lessons are focused on strengthening muscles and stretching.
If we don’t meet on the mat, we can meet in the mountains, while running, in the pool or on the wall. I will look forward to seeing you.
Hi, I’m Alena and yoga helps me get from a state of ‘outside myself’ to a state of harmony with myself.
I went through the enthusiasm of Ashtanga and Iyengar yoga, calming and enchanting with various breathing techniques and finally completed a lecturer’s course focusing on physio and developmental kinesiology.
Now I’m happy that I can share my experiences! Yoga is one of the many beautiful paths that lead to myself for me.
