A yoga studio in heart of Vinohrady, where you can find refuge from the hustle and bustle of the city.
The name of the yoga studio, “Klid Neklid”, was chosen to symbolize the duality we all experience in our daily lives. It represents the balance between opposites, a concept deeply rooted in both yoga and the philosophy of many Eastern traditions.
“Peace” represents moments of silence, rest, and inner peace that we all long for. These are the times when we feel balanced, content, and in harmony with ourselves and the world around us.
“Chaos” on the other hand symbolizes the busy aspects of our lives – work stress, family responsibilities, daily worries, and the challenges we face. It is the energy that drives us forward, pushing us to grow and evolve.
Yoga teaches us,
that these two states, peace and chaos, are not opposing,
but are mutually supporting.
A little bit about me, before we meet in person…
I have been teaching yoga for a decade and practicing it for around 20 years. Just as I go through life changes, my yoga practice evolves, and with it, my teaching. I dare to say, for the better.
Over the years, I’ve learned that reaching further, going deeper, holding longer or doing more repetitions is not truly the answer, let alone the message of yoga.
Each of my classes is authentic, just like me. Personally, I see yoga as my faithful partner on the journey of life. It doesn’t abandon me when things aren’t going well, he’s not upset when we haven’t seen each other for a while, and it doesn’t criticize me for doing things differently or seeing things from a different perspective.
On the contrary, it teaches me that everything I learn on the mat I carry with me into everyday life.
Being able to master a pose doesn’t make me a better yogi or a better person.
If you feel like you understand what I am trying to say, I will be looking forward to see you!
