Kristýna

Kristýna lektorka Jogy Klid Neklid

My name is Kristýna, I’m the founder of the yoga space Klid Neklid, and I absolutely love yoga!

You’ll often hear me say “Yoga is life”,  “It’ll either work, or it won’t, because there’s no other option”,  but most importantly “Do what you want, you’re here for yourself” – and I mean it.

I was primarily drawn to yoga due to health issues, both physical and mental – because, well, LIFE. Not many know that I suffer from osteoarthritis, and that’s why I pay close attention to the alignment and quality of the poses. I know all too well the effects of improper or extreme exercise over time. On the homepage, you can read about why I ended up with yoga. It constantly teaches me something new, in every phase of life something different happens, and yoga helps me, no matter what. That’s why, ever since I took my very first course – which was over a decade ago – I’ve been continuously educating myself.

Each of us evolves, and yoga shows us, at every moment, the strength and support we hold within ourselves and offers, and it’s for everyone.

Kasia

Kasia lektorka Jogy Klid Neklid

Hi, I am Kasia, a yoga teacher who believes that yoga is for every body—no need for an athletic build or crazy flexibility.

My focus is on alignment, helping you move with purpose and find balance in your practice. I like to keep things simple, encouraging mindful movement and deep connection with the breath.

Yoga is all about feeling good in your own skin, and I’m here to help you make it your own, no matter where you’re starting from.

Adél J.

Adél lektorka Jogy Klid Neklid

My name is Adél, and I’m a woman, a yogi, and the mother of two boys. I love going barefoot and sometimes wake up feeling like I’m 90, while other times, I feel like I’m 16.

I was drawn to yoga by the restlessness of my soul. The practice and teachings of yoga help me slow down, step back, and fully savor the ordinary moments. It can be a wonderful tool for self-discovery – whether physical or mental – and a great companion in the process of (SELF)ACCEPTANCE.

In our shared practice, I try to convey that yoga can help anyone on this journey, and it’s here for everyone, regardless of who we are.

In yoga, we are always enough.

Adéla P.

Adéla lektorka

Hi, I’m Adéla, and my yoga journey began long ago during pregnancy when I was looking for a way to stay active and keep moving. It quickly won my heart as gradually not only did my back pain decrease and my posture improve, but most importantly, yoga gave me balance and both physical and mental relaxation.

Thanks to the Covid period and unexpectedly gained time, encouraged by those around me, I decided to complete a yoga teacher training. And then things moved quickly – opportunities to teach yoga in companies appeared, and I happily discovered that I really enjoyed it and, most importantly, it gave me purpose :).
Yoga simply found me.

Among other things, it taught me something incredibly valuable – to recognize and respect my capabilities and limits, and that “performance and appearance” aren’t everything.

I’m looking forward to meeting you on the mat!

Alena

Alena

I am Alena, and I first encountered yoga 25 years ago. Even then, the practice represented a certain grounding for me, a safe harbor to which I’ve been lovingly returning throughout my life. I believe everyone can build such a harbor for themselves – and that’s exactly why I teach yoga.

For me, yoga means wholeness. It’s a space where the physical connects with the mental, strength with gentleness, breath with movement.

Besides yoga, I dedicate my time to creative work, therapeutic practice, coaching, and working as a curator for children and youth.

Eli

Eliška

Hello, I’m Eliška and I’ve been practicing yoga on and off since I was 15.

Regular practice is one of the essential tools for maintaining my mental health, and I would like to pass these benefits on to potential and active yogis.

I seek harmony and interconnection between yoga tradition and philosophy and contemporary lifestyle and needs. I believe that yoga is truly for everyone regardless of age or abilities.

I’m interested in how yoga can help you in your other activities and sports – together we can use yoga as a versatile tool with many applications.

Kristý B.

Kristý B

Hi, I’m Kristýna and I’ve been practicing yoga for over 6 years.

What started as primarily a tool for relaxation has become a passion, and I love incorporating yoga into my daily life, whether it’s breathing exercises in the morning, full-body stretching during the day, or meditation before bed.

I not only enjoy teaching yoga but also love attending classes and drawing inspiration and experience from other instructors.

I’ve been teaching since June 2023 after completing a 200-hour Vinyasa yoga course in Berlin. Since March 2024, I’ve been teaching here in Prague in both Czech and English.

In autumn 2024, I completed prenatal yoga training, and I’m very interested in feminine (yin) energy in combination with masculine (yang) energy.

Nicole

Nicole

My name is Nicole and I see yoga as a tool for continuous learning.

About the body, interior, actions and, last but not least, about your surroundings.

I became a teacher because I believe in yoga and I like to pass on what it brings to me on a daily basis.

As part of its physical side, I enjoy challenges, so I mainly focus on more dynamic styles, in which I find peace of mind through the intensity of the body.

I believe that taking care of yourself is also taking care of the people around you and your relationships. As yoga reminds us, everything starts with ourselves.

I began practicing yoga more regularly after the start of the first Covid lockdown. Initially, it was mainly to maintain physical activity after fitness centers and tennis courts closed. Gradually, however, I noticed that besides increased flexibility and feeling good, I was no longer as concerned about what was happening around me. I started paying more attention to my own needs and began to understand what yoga could truly be. In 2023, I decided to complete my first comprehensive training in Prague, followed by a course in India less than two years later.

One of the main yoga philosophies is that everything except our true nature is impermanent and temporary, and so my physical practice and classes are gradually changing too. I try to incorporate traditional poses as well as “non-yoga” elements such as strength and mobility exercises.

Martina

Martina lektorka

My name is Martina and yoga found me 10 years ago. Back then, I had no idea how far it would take me and that one day I would even have the desire to pass it on to others. I was more of a “fitness girl” and was focused on “performance.” However, yoga led me to my feminine side, to my true SELF, and I am incredibly grateful for that. Each class and every instructor has left their mark on me and inspired me in many ways. Yoga has become my lifestyle, allowing me to constantly connect with myself and find inner peace and balance. The practice of yoga has an incredible impact on my personal life, where I experience greater flow and inspiration, which I can then bring back into my classes.

A few years ago, I fell in love with surfing and the ocean, and I combined this new passion with yoga. Through asanas, we will learn how to strengthen these parts of the body, focusing on stability, concentration, and overall understanding of movement. The art of breath concentration and the ability to focus is a skill that you will benefit from not only while surfing. Thanks to this, you will enjoy every moment on the waves and in everyday life.

Pilates taught me to slow down and feel every muscle – including those I had no idea existed until they loudly reminded me the next day.

I discovered that you don’t necessarily need to sweat through your shirt to strengthen your body, correct imbalances, and level up. In my classes, I connect movement, breath, and conscious body awareness.

Sometimes slower and deeper, other times a bit more dynamically – depending on what the body (and mood) allows.

I fell in love with Pilates and I’m happy to pass this experience on – with respect for the body, with a smile, and with laughter through engaged abdominal muscles.
